This is an introductory study of Washington State’s geographical,
historical, and economical features.
Washington State Geography
Washington’s placement on Earth and the physical features of the state.
Lesson One - Locating Washington
Parts to Whole: Locate Washington State. This is series of lessons
beginning with identifying the seven continents, labeling the countries of
North America, finding the United States, placing Washington on that map,
and ending with a review.

Lesson Two - Physical Features of Washington State
Six regions of Washington State: Olympic Mountains, Coastal Range,
Puget Sound Lowland, Cascade Mountains, and Columbia Plateau, are taught
in terms of where each is located and what the area looks like.
